■ エンジニアマインド Vol.1
9月15日に発売される「エンジニアマインド Vol.1」（技術評論社）の巻頭座談会「エンジニアのマインドとは」にてコーディネーター（司会）を担当させて頂きました。
伊藤 直也氏（はてなCTO）、吉岡 弘隆氏（ミラクル・リナックスCTO）、ひがやすを氏（Seasar開発者）、登 大遊氏（SoftEther開発者）、木下 拓哉氏（Sleipnir開発者）らとの、技術者のマインドやライフスタイルに関するトークがまとめられています。
話はやや発散気味なのですが、登さんの謎な発言などもそのまま載っていておもしろい内容になっていると思います。興味があったら、ぜひ読んでくださいませ。
あと、中島 能和氏との共著「Linux教科書 LPICレベル1」（翔泳社）の第2版も発売になっています。更新作業のほとんどは中島さんにお願いしてしまいましたが、私の方では学習環境としてVMware PlayerとCentOSおよびDebian GNU/LinuxのイメージファイルをCD-ROMに収録しました。Windows環境上でもそのまま学習してもらえるようになっています。こちらもよろしくです。
