[webdav-jp:1051] WebDAVとWebsphere構成での文字化けの問題

EJBでDAVアプリケーションの開発をしています。WebSphereアプリケーションサ
ーバー(Linuxサーバー)に展開しています。バックエンドはDB2です。
Windowsエクスプローラ(Windows 2000 SP4, 日本語OS)を使用してDAVアプリケー
ションに接続する事はできるのですが、日本語でフォルダ名をつけようとした
り、
日本語名のファイルをアップロードしようとするとフォルダ・ファイル名が文字
化けしてしまいます。
DAVエクスプローラでも同様の事を試しましたが、同じ問題が起きました。

二つ質問があります。
1.WindowsエクスプローラはWebフォルダの日本語をサポートしていますか(して
いない場合、この問題を解決するパッチがありますか)?
2.この問題解決のためのWebDAV/WebSphereセットアップのmod_encodingはどうや
って構成すればいいですか?(mod_encodingでの解決方法があるURL
http://physics.atnifty.com/server/webdav2.htmlをチェックしましたが、これ;
はApacheのためのものでした。)
